This 100%, Blanc de Blanc sparkling wine is made through the méthode champenoise as are the world's best sparklers.  NONE of the processes were outsourced.  The laborious and painstaking steps so vital to create a wine of this style were all done by hand and in-house (what the heck were we thinking?!?!?).
