Join us for an intimate evening of food, wine, and storytelling as we welcome Chef Nic Sanchez of Café Platano for a special Chef & Winemaker Dinner experience. Chef Nic will craft a multi-course menu rooted in Salvadorian fusion, blending traditional flavors with modern California sensibilities—all thoughtfully paired with our handcrafted wines to elevate each dish.

This is more than a dinner; it’s a collaboration between passionate artisans, where bold flavors meet beautifully balanced wines in a setting designed for connection and discovery. We will attempt to capture the feel of Nic and Bob working together in one of the Platano restaurant kitchens creating pairings for our special events.
